Flashlingo is a free, browser-based flash-card quiz platform designed to help users build vocabulary in French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese, Malay, and other languages as they're added. We may add, change, or remove features, word lists, or game modes at any time without notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Flashlingo only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Scrape or republish our word lists or content at scale without permission
• Use automated bots or scripts to inflate scores or usage metrics
• Submit abusive, unlawful, or misleading content through our Contact form

4. Intellectual Property

The Flashlingo name, logo, design, and original content are owned by Flashlingo. Word lists and quiz content are provided for personal, non-commercial learning use. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content without our prior written consent.

5. Advertising & Third-Party Links

Flashlingo is supported by advertising, including through Google AdSense, which keeps the Service free to use. The Service may display third-party ads or link to third-party websites. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Flashlingo is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will improve your language proficiency to any particular level.
